Picks must be simple, easy for the public to understand and execute

Picks must be LOCKS - your top 10% guaranteed winners you'd stake your reputation on.  Something everyday people could depend on for the only $100 they bet each month when they're out watching a big game with their friends and family.  Your performance will be public information, and losses will be weighted heavier than wins.

Picks must often be posted with insightful details or at the very least, comical commentary.
